'On the Go' Session
This one-off session is for people who are doing well and just want a particular goal they are working on or need a quick 'tune-up' to continue heading in the right direction.
Need emotional support or want to learn relaxation techniques. Need a pick me up as things are getting to you emotionally? Want a safe space where you can share how you truly feel and be supported? Need to make a decision as you are in a dilemma? Need an experienced counsellor who 'gets' his journey?
Grief Support Session
The journey brings many ups and downs and in our sessions you will find a safe space to attend to your grief and difficult emotions.
In case of a miscarriage or a profound loss such as a still birth, please know support is available. You are not alone. You will have a safe space to grieve with a trained and compassionate counsellor.
Infertility Support Session
As couples spend years trying to conceive more and more of their lives get impacted. Infertility ripples its effect on all areas- Financial, Sexual, Relationships, Social, Emotional, Physical etc. Its important to learn how to navigate this together, as the marriage can get strained over time.
From learning how to have conflict discussions to building your friendship and resilience in marriage- these sessions will helps you rekindle and bring joy to your relationship. You will learn how to support each other through this journey.
Parents-to-be Prep Session
You both made it! You are now parents. Even the strongest relationships are strained during the transition to parenthood.
